A variety of treatments and diagnostic procedures are offered at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery, including pain interventions and endoscopy.  Diagnostic injections and pain management procedures are ordered by a physician for diagnosis and/or therapeutic treatment of pain in all areas of the spine as well as joints.  Endoscopic services including colonoscopy and bronchoscopy are also offered in a warm and comfortable environment.
